The Three-Step Process for Optimal Energy Flow

Once we find the emotional charge of a situation, or the root cause of the blockage, we can identify the energetic centers that are blocked using the sound of the breath and toning. We can work with releasing the energy held in those centers through sounding trigger words or phrases that hold the charge of the situation. The last part of the session is attuning the energy centers with tuning forks and clearing the energetic field. If you don't have tuning forks, there are other ways to tune the centers that are discussed at the end of this chapter. In addition, during my private sessions, I play designer music that I have created that takes my clients to a deep state of relaxation which helps to re-entrain them with their heart and gives their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies a chance to rejuvenate and integrate their session. I have found that this three-step process of Identifying, Releasing, and Attuning is an amazing way to create optimal energetic flow in our centers.
